This page explains how residents of certain U.S. states can exercise their right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information and of "targeted advertising," as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. It supplements our Privacy Notice, including Section 15, Additional Information for Other U.S. State Residents, and Section 14, California Notice at Collection and Privacy Policy.
1. What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, "sale" generally means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" or "targeted advertising" generally means disclosing personal information to a third party to deliver advertising based on your activity across different websites over time. InfinityRx does not disclose personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Where we use advertising or analytics technologies that may constitute a sale, share, or targeted advertising under these laws, you can opt out as described below.
2. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising in the following ways:
- •Cookie preferences. Use our cookie preferences tool to reject advertising and targeting cookies.
- •Global Privacy Control. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out for that browser or device.
- •Submit a request. You can also submit an opt-out request, or a request to exercise other privacy rights, by emailing info@infinityrx.com.
Because opt-out preferences for cookies are stored on your device, you will need to renew your choices if you use a different browser or device or clear your cookies.
3. Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to demonstrate authorization to act for you.
4. More Information
